Michael plays twins who alternate being captured, being rescued, and escaping in the Middle East. First, one twin is kidnapped, the other twin goes to rescue him and is arrested and then kidnapped himself, then escapes,...well, never mind. (In some of the shots with both twins, another actor is playing the twin tied to the chair.)
