Chris Crone in The Immortalizer

After escaping from a mad doctor who's kidnapping teens for the purpose of transplanting the brains of wealthy old people into their bodies, one of the young men is caught by the local sheriff. The sheriff takes him back to the doctor's lair while handcuffed, which makes him feel like he's being delivered back to the doctor on a silver platter.
